Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented contract Healthcare Regulatory Adherence Coordinator for an exciting opportunity with one of our key healthcare clients. The role primarily involves maintaining comprehensive documents and records to ensure adherence to all healthcare regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Convert forms from Microsoft .doc to Microsoft .docx format.
• Add variable tags and signatures within documents.
• Load templates to COM360 and create workflows.
• Work collaboratively with the product development/regulatory adherence support team.
• Assist in transitioning from the DocuCorp Policy print system to the COM360 policy print system.
• Modify contracts and set them up on the policy print system.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro to accomplish tasks.
Requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in product development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Understanding of offshore operations and management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and DocuCorp.
