Description Robert Half's client is seeking a talented candidate for an open Software Developer position. The Software Developer would be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company. This long-term contract / contract / contract / temporary to permanent employment opportunity is based in the Fort Worth, Texas area.
Key responsibilities
Steadily fulfill code-review and associate with other developers
Can you maintain and develop new features to internal and external facing software to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues on various operating systems? This job might be for you
Supply clear and consistent contact around solutions and time estimate to client-facing program management teams
Cooperate with Scrum team to supply precise work estimates
Regulate and give production support Requirements - Less than one year of experience
Candidates who have knowledge of education standards such as QTI/APIP, SIF, AIF will be preferred
Candidates familiar with scrum will be preferred
Experience documenting, crafting, and testing APIs
Solid understanding of .NET
SQL experience
Knowledge of .NET Framework
REST API experience
We are particularly looking for candidates with experience with software development life cycles, e.g. Agile, Big Bang, Spiral, Waterfall, etc.
Familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database)
Applicants who can write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments are preferred
Experience with at least one framework/library, e.g. Vue.js, Polymer, Angular.js, React.js, Ractive.js, Knockout.js, Ember.js, Bootstrap, etc. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
