Our client is a massive employee-owned RIA and asset manager whose values oriented culture helps to foster further connection and collaboration with clients. They have over $14B in assets under management.

They are looking for an operations professional to join the team in Foster City. This role will be an integral part of team, helping with management for the entire operational infrastructure of the business.

Responsibilities

• Pre-fill Private Placement Document (Alternative investments)

• Process signed Private Placement Document (Alternative investments)

• Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) data entry

• Maintain/reconcile differences between custodian & CRM

• Maintain files for compliance – including Know Your Customer (KYC) creation and maintenance

• Generate New Account Paperwork and process signed paperwork

• Work with custodians to ensure timely account opening

• Provide continuous status updates and communication with associates

• Process Assets Held Away for performance reporting data or trading groups

  Requirements

Key requirements include:

• 0-2 years of related experience, internships or a year of experience in similar function.

• Hungry, Motivated, & Humble. Highly organized with attention to detail. Willing and able to roll up your sleeves and GROW the business.

• Takes ownership of their work and enjoys working collaboratively towards a common goal.

• Salesforce and or Addepar experience a big plus
