Description Beau Pennington with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for an Accounting Manager for their well-established business due to an upcoming 33 year retirement. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing payroll, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, coordinating the budget process hiring, training and supervising accounting and office staff, implements office policies and procedures analyzing variances and equipment procurement. The position does come with medical/dental/vision coverage as the company covers 100% of employee insurance premiums. A BS in accounting or finance is required for consideration.
