Administering reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable will be the Bookkeepers obligations. Likewise, the Bookkeeper is responsible for a full cycle A/P, data entry, cash applications, coding, light journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation. Submit an application for this role now!
Your responsibilities in this role
Qualified in credit card management and reconciliation
Formulate monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Guide monthly accounting close
Uphold monthly accounting close
Supplementary assignments when necessary
Create cash flow projections, as needed
Sustain a general ledger
Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Lead Accounts Receivable
Assemble sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Keep a check on Accounts Payable

Requirements
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- 3+ years of related experience- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization skills
Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
Practical knowledge of commercial collections
Previous experience working with Maintain Fixed Asset
Quality experience with Commercial Collections
Check Runs experience highly desired
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
Proficiency in Aging Accounts
Experience with Prepaids
Well-founded grasp of commercial collections
General familiarity with Cash Collections
Good understanding of fixed assets
Earlier work involving Expense Reporting
Skills in month end closings
Proven knowledge of Cash Collections
Intercompany accounts experience
Wide ranging experience with Form 1099
Comprehension of Adjusting Journal Entries
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Remarkable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills
