How you will make an impact

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Proven computer skills

  • 2+ years of past relevant experience

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Proven knowledge of Templates

  • Strong familiarity with shipping & receiving

  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Practical knowledge of Answering Inquiries

  • Foundational knowledge in Email Correspondence

  • Well-founded grasp of data entry

  • Purchase Orders experience highly desired

  • Inventory Tracking experience preferred

  • General familiarity with Computer Data Entry
