Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Account Manager to join our team in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry, based in Frankfort, Illinois. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position provides a contract to hire employment opportunity, offering long-term potential within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist team members with their workload and provide full desk coverage during their absence

• Serve as the single-point-of-contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met

• Enter orders on-time and with high accuracy, ensuring timely shipment

• Create and maintain customer profiles in SAP, updating information as required by the customer, Sales and/or the Credit department

• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers within a set timeframe

• Assist in implementing new or changes to existing Sales and Marketing programs

• Collaborate closely with Sales representatives and other team members

• Handle various projects as assigned by management/team members

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks to avoid errors

• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and assist in achieving the company’s set goals for revenue, profit, receivables, on-time and fill-rate, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, specifically within the Chemicals Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in handling client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

• Strong capability in identifying new business opportunities and expanding client base

• Excellent skills in negotiation and closing deals with clients

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet client needs

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
