Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Escrow Account Payable Specialist in the loan servicing industry, located in Frankfort, Kentucky. In this role, you will be integral in managing escrow accounts, processing payments, and providing crucial support to our loan servicing team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage escrow accounts to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
• Handle accounts payable duties, maintaining precision in all transactions
• Provide administrative support to the loan servicing department
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues related to escrow accounts
• Utilize your skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Loan Servicing to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company protocols
• Regularly review accounts to identify any discrepancies and rectify them promptly
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and concerns
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements • The candidate must have relevant experience in Loan Servicing Support.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and process loan servicing tasks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving skills are essential to resolve any issues related to loan servicing.
• Ability to work with software systems used in loan servicing.
• Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards related to loan servicing.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
• Strong decision-making skills to make appropriate credit and lending decisions.
