Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an ERP Administrator in Franklin Park, Illinois. This role is based in the manufacturing industry and requires an individual who will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of data in ShopEdge, a manufacturing ERP system. The ERP Admin will work in a team environment, ensuring that all data related to ordering, purchasing, and work order processing is clean and accurate.
Responsibilities
• Pulling reports for meetings and ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of data in ShopEdge related to ordering, purchasing, and processing through work orders.
• Collaborating with team members on data analytics.
• Handling tasks related to scanning and barcode work.
• Demonstrating patience and precision in documenting processes and procedures.
• Leveraging ERP experience for effective management of tasks.
• Utilizing bilingual skills for effective communication within a diverse team.
• Applying knowledge of Business Requirement Document and Enterprise Resource Planning in daily tasks.
Requirements
• Must have previous experience working with ERP systems
• ShopEdge experience is a plus!
• Strong ability to document business requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a strong understanding of business processes and procedures
• Ability to interpret and analyze data
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be adaptable and able to handle change
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
