Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's team in the medical industry as an HR Recruiter, based onsite in Franklin, Tennessee. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing assistance to the recruitment team as required.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates using various platforms such as Indeed and UltiPro

• Screen applications to determine suitability for Technician and Customer Service Representative roles

• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates

• Assist the recruitment team in various tasks as needed

• Focus on filling Technician roles that involve in-home services

• Prioritize filling Customer Service Representative roles that involve handling customer calls and scheduling from our branches

• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Work closely with the recruitment team to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

• Use knowledge of the industry and the specific roles to answer any questions potential candidates may have

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with updates and feedback.

Requirements

• Proficient in using recruiting software such as Indeed and UltiPro.

• Demonstrated ability in recruitment sourcing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
