Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role is based in Franklin, Tennessee and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an HR Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing and recruiting candidates, particularly in the Behavioral Health Hospitals sector, and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates, with a focus on passive candidates from our current database and external platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.com.

• Oversee full cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Manage recruitment for various positions such as RN’s and PRN’s within the Behavioral Health Hospitals.

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS, for efficient management of recruitment processes.

• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the staffing needs of the organization.

• Use your experience in corporate recruiting to drive recruitment strategies and processes.

• Leverage your skills in Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline, and Talent Sourcing to attract high-quality candidates.

• Utilize your knowledge of the healthcare industry to understand the specific requirements of each role and identify suitable candidates.

• Work effectively in a remote setting, ideally residing in EST/CST timezones. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of one year of experience in HR Recruiting, specifically within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries.

• Proven experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipeline and Talent Sourcing.

• Familiarity with Corporate Recruiting practices and strategies.

• Knowledge of Behavioral Health and its impact on employee performance and well-being.

• Proficiency in using iCIMS recruitment software for efficient talent acquisition.

• Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing potential candidates and building talent pipelines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential candidates and hiring managers.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Demonstrable commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruiting practices.
