Robert Half Operations Coordinator in Franklin, Tennessee
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in Concord, California. As an Operations Coordinator, your primary focus will be on executing numerous tasks with efficiency and quality, in alignment with established office and company policies and standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently execute tasks such as creating orders, activating shipments, building and assigning loads, scheduling appointments, tracking and tracing shipments, and invoicing.
• Responsible for updating financials and carrying out non-standardized activities related to carrier payments.
• Respond to customer and carrier requests by monitoring task boards and assigned email accounts.
• Document events and follow defined escalation procedures when necessary.
• Ensure the accuracy of load data in systems in accordance with CHR and customer standards.
• Handle tasks such as rejecting orders, cancelling orders, updating and resolving events, booking loads, bouncing loads, and executing load builder profiles.
• Utilize skills in Customer Service, Communication, Office Functions, Operations, Procedures, Schedule Appointments, Invoice, Payment Processing, Quality, Logistics, Shipping Functions, Call Center Customer Service, Time Management, Execute, Microsoft Office Suites, Company Policy, Prioritization, Call Center, Standard Operation Procedure, Transportation Services, Creativity, Innovation, Validation Plans, Business Growth, Discrimination Laws.
• Ensure customer or carrier requests are followed through to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate questions or requests when necessary. Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service and Call Center Customer Service.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comprehensive understanding of Office Functions, Operations, and Procedures.
• Ability to Schedule Appointments, manage Invoice and Payment Processing tasks.
• Keen eye for Quality and detail, and expertise in Logistics and Shipping Functions.
• Strong Time Management skills and the ability to Prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capability to Execute tasks as per the Standard Operation Procedure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Deep understanding of Company Policy and Discrimination Laws.
• Experience in a Call Center environment.
• Familiarity with Transportation Services.
• Creativity and Innovation skills, with the ability to develop Validation Plans.
