Description We are offering a role in the manufacturing industry situated in Franklin, Tennessee, United States. This role is for a Sales Assistant, where the individual will be required to manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle invoicing. This role involves a significant amount of email correspondence with customers and internal departments. The ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is an advantage due to the bilingual nature of our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure the accuracy of records

• Process orders from customers worldwide via email

• Oversee the entire order journey from entry to arrival at the destination country

• Handle invoicing and request necessary documentation such as bill of lading, health certificates, and certificate of origins

• Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and R& D

• Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks

• Maintain regular contact with customers, primarily via email

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and other key stakeholders

• Contribute to the company's profit-sharing scheme and manage 401k and benefits for customers. Requirements • Applicant must possess excellent skills in Spanish translation.

• Proficient in handling email correspondence.

• Competence in order entry is required.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Must have a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Experience in a sales role would be an advantage.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Higher education or certifications would be advantageous.
