Robert Half Sr. Project Manager in Franklin, Tennessee

Description

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our team. This role is based out of Franklin, Tennessee, and it involves healthcare industry functions with a focus on project management. This role is remote but will include 40% national travel every other week, typically Tuesday - Thursday and is a long-term, contract employment opportunity. The role will require an understanding of hospital procedures, particularly within the operating room, and familiarity with MEDITECH 5.6.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in hospital operations with an emphasis on the operating room.

• Utilizing MEDITECH 5.6 for various tasks and procedures.

• Interacting with all levels of hospital leadership to facilitate project execution.

• Demonstrating self-motivation, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.

• Traveling every other week to fulfill project requirements, while avoiding holiday weeks.

• Utilizing skills and knowledge in PMP Certification, Financial Services, HealthCare Analytics, HealthCare Provider, HealthCare System, EHR SYSTEM, and Operating Room.

• Leveraging healthcare analytics to drive informed decision-making.

• Managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all project stages are executed in a timely manner.

• Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

At this time, we are unable to work with 3rd party vendors. Must be able to work for any employer in the US.

Requirements

• Must possess a PMP Certification.

• Experience with MEDITECH is required.

• Proven background in Financial Services.

• Proficiency in HealthCare Analytics is essential.

• Previous experience with HealthCare Provider or HealthCare System.

• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM is necessary.

• Experience in Operating Room settings.

• Ability to manage and lead projects.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective team leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.

• Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.

• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
