Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Fredericksburg, Virginia
Description We are on the hunt for a seasoned Sr. Financial Analyst to join our healthcare team based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This role involves understanding hospital finance, collaborating with the team, and working with hospital operations. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with the flexibility to work from home two to three days a week, while also being present for in-person meetings when required.
Responsibilities:
• Understand and analyze hospital finance in depth
• Collaborate effectively with the team and participate in team activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospital operations
• Use a variety of skills including CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Expense Reporting, Finance, Microsoft Excel, HealthCare Analytics, and Hospital Revenue Cycle
• Work closely with managers and be effective in people management
• Conduct financial analysis and report findings
• Handle the hospital revenue cycle and healthcare analytics
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data processing and financial modelling
• Manage budget processes and expense reporting
• Implement ERP solutions and manage accounting functions. Requirements • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing CapEx, CRM, and ERP Solutions
• Proficient in using 'About Time' software
• Able to perform Accounting Functions efficiently
• Experience with Budget Processes and Expense Reporting
• Must have a strong background in Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Experience in HealthCare Analytics is required
• Familiarity with Hospital Revenue Cycle is a plus
• Ability to use Data Mining Techniques for financial analysis
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
• Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry is preferred
• Hold a senior-level position or equivalent experience in financial analysis.
