Robert Half Workday Reporting Analyst in Fredericksburg, Virginia

Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Reporting Analyst to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Workday reports, calculating fields, and providing data analysis. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, ideal for individuals with proficiency in Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Workday reporting systems to ensure efficient data management.

• Utilize skills in Workday HRIS and Workday Integration to optimize HR processes.

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and improve HR operations.

• Create and maintain fields in Workday HCM to ensure accurate data representation.

• Develop and manage HR reporting dashboards to provide clear and concise data visualization.

• Write comprehensive reports using Workday and Microsoft Excel to present data in an understandable manner.

• Employ Ad Hoc Reporting skills to generate custom reports as required.

• Collaborate with the HR team to understand reporting needs and develop appropriate solutions.

• Use Core HR skills to manage and update HR data in the system.

• Resolve any issues related to Workday and HRIS reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS Analysis

• Proficiency in Core HR, HCM, Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, and Workday Integration

• Experience in Ad Hoc Reporting, HRIS reporting, HR reporting, and Reporting Dashboards

• Strong skills in Report Writing, Workday, Data Analysis, and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred

• Certifications in HRIS systems, especially Workday, would be an advantage

• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in HRIS

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
