Our client in the Freehold, NJ area is looking for a Customer Service Lead to join their growing team. Requirements

The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for communication with clients, building reports, assisting with metrics and demonstrations on an as needed basis. Bachelor's degree and Excel experience highly preferred.
