Description
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our client's headquarters in the Freehold, NJ area.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR, payroll, and benefits administration for a multi-location company with a seasonal workforce of approximately 300-500 employees.
Lead and manage all HR functions, including payroll utilizing ADP and benefits administration, across multiple locations
Work alongside various teams, including fleet management, to support safety initiatives and compliance
Enhance HR processes, ensuring streamlined and effective operations
Organize company events to foster employee engagement and morale
Lead additional HR projects as directed by the executive team
Supervise a small HR team, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and efficiency throughout the organization
Manage recruitment and staffing, including seasonal hiring through specific visa programs and other channels
Requirements
Qualifications
ADP & Payroll Processing is a MUST
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources Management
Experience with visa programs (H2A & H2B)
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
