Description
We are searching for a diligent and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The primary role is to be a key participant in our financial planning and decision-making process by providing specialized analyses and studies on a variety of subjects. The ideal candidate will communicate clear insights into financial matters, recommending effective strategies for enhancing business operations.
Responsibilities:
Assess current and historical financial data.
Study economic and business trends.
Evaluate financial performance, including cost management, capital spending, financial planning, budgeting, and financing activities.
Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking activities.
Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Evaluate investment projects using NPV, IRR, and Payback methods.
Provide decision support to the management team by making financial data-based recommendations.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional presentation, report writing and communication skills.
Solid understanding of financial set-up, procedures, statistics and economics.
Well-versed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
Must have strong analytical, strategic planning and coordination skills.
