We are offering a temp to perm contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Specialist based in FREEPORT, New York. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with inquiries, requests, or concerns. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and courteous support to ensure a positive customer experience. This position is a crucial part of our team, requiring excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with inquiries, requests, or concerns
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Ensure a positive customer experience through prompt and effective resolution of customer issues
• Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and inquiries
• Continuously strive to deliver outstanding service to all customers
• Keep track of customer interactions using CRM and Management System
• Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes
• Utilize Avaya CMS for efficient call center operations
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact
• Maintain high-quality communication skills throughout all customer interactions
Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in Avaya CMS
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Experience with Management Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with About Time software
• Proven ability to handle answering inbound calls in a call center environment
• Experience in Call Center Operations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record in complaint handling and resolution.
