Robert Half is partnering with several companies in the Fremont & Milpitas area in software, technology, construction, biotech/medical, and healthcare industries, and they are in need of an office assistant to take charge of their office space. This is a great career starter for any entry level candidate!
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order & stock office supplies
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Sign off on large packages and distribute all incoming mail
Provide general support to visitors
BA/BS degree a plus
1+ year of previous administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail & problem solving skills
Strong organization & planning skills
Able to manage time, multi-task & prioritize
