Job Description: We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist with experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in one of the following languages: Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish. While the position involves a variety of tactical HR duties, there will also be opportunities to work on exciting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.

  • Payroll Administration: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure all policies are communicated effectively to employees.

  • Employment Lifecycle Management: Handle all aspects of the employment lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for employees at all stages.

  • Employee Engagement: Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a strong company culture.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Participate in and contribute to strategic HR initiatives aimed at enhancing overall company performance and employee satisfaction.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a large employee base (around 800 employees).

  • Bilingual proficiency in one of the following languages is a must: Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
