SR. ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for a rapidly growing publicly traded company. Position will manage GL, month-end close, international consolidations and technical accounting.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee monthly and quarterly financial statement close processes worldwide in accordance with US GAAP.

-Review US financial statement accounting records as well as account reconciliations and journal entries.

• Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated financial statement fluctuation analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis for management and audit review.

• Lead technical accounting analysis and related memos such as Leases, Convertible Debt, Related Parties, etc.

-Support SEC reporting function.

-Maintain oversight within the Company for the accuracy and compliance of accounting transactions and processes.

-Lead the day-to-day financial activities, including timely filing and compliance of sales/used taxes, property tax, income tax and other corporate compliance matters.

• Ensure key internal controls over financial reporting are designed and operating in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations.

-Implement best practices and ensure compliance with US GAAP, and policies and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

-Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience, ideally CPA with public/private mix

-Experience in a publicly traded company (preferably mid-large size)

-Strong corporate GL and international consolidation experience

-Technical experience: SOX, SEC support, ASC842

-Strong supervisory/leadership skills
