Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Fremont, Ohio

Description

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Fremont, Ohio. The job involves closely collaborating with Sales Representatives and Customers to fulfill customers' requirements, including quoting, order placement, pricing, deliveries, complaints handling, and technical recommendations. The role mandates advanced computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, strong mathematical ability, and outstanding customer service, even under pressure. The selected candidate will also be responsible for timely data entry, managing various accounts, processing and expediting orders, coordinating deliveries, and taking care of inventory. The job requires the candidate to liaise effectively with customers and various departments to handle complaints and quality concerns. The candidate should also be adept at prioritizing and following up on tasks within set timelines. Mechanical understanding of diagrams and machine constraints is needed. The candidate should be open to learning about the entire plant flow.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

• Proficiency in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage email correspondence promptly and professionally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and documents.

• Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and adhering to company privacy policies.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product/service changes.
