Robert Half Accounts Receivable Specialist in Fresno, California
Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Fresno, California. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining records. The chosen candidate will work within the Accounting and Finance industry, utilizing various skills such as CRM and ERP software proficiency, cash handling, and accounts receivable management.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy • Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers for smooth operations • Ensure billing is submitted in accordance with customer deadlines and submission procedures • Analyze contracts and determine the correct amount to bill customers based on contract terms and work performed • Keep track of customer payments and ensure they are received on time • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts and billing • Work closely with customers to resolve issues related to past due balances and discrepancies • Oversee the accounts receivable division and ensure all functions are performed effectively. Requirements • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work with Epic Software.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ability to handle Billing Functions.
• Familiarity with Cash Activity management.
• Experience in Cash Handling.
