Robert Half Accounts Receivable Specialist in Fresno, California
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Fresno, California. The role is pivotal in managing tenant accounts, initiating monthly rent statements, and ensuring all rent and incidental charges are in line with tenant leases. You will be responsible for monitoring rent payments, recording payments promptly, and maintaining monthly rent rolls.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and maintain tenant accounts accurately, using accounting software systems. • Generate all monthly tenant rent statements in a timely manner. • Adhere strictly to tenant lease for all rent and incidental charges. • Invoice incidental or late charges as directed by management. • Monitor rent payments for accuracy and timeliness, using Microsoft Excel and other accounting functions. • Record all payments on the same day as received and apply in accordance with lease provisions. • Apply and collect late fees as required by management. • Process all payments as directed by management, including check processing. • Maintain rent rolls on a monthly basis, ensuring all billing functions are up to date. • Keep copies of all billable expenses for quarterly billings, maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.
