Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Controller to join our team in Fresno, California. This role is within the healthcare industry, and you will be responsible for managing and developing staff, handling healthcare accounting, and overseeing financials.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounting function and ensure all financial data is accurate and in compliance with regulations

• Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software systems to manage and analyze financial data

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing

• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial operations are transparent and adhere to legal requirements

• Manage cost centers and produce comprehensive financial reports for management review

• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to streamline and automate financial processes

• Develop and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Participate in budget processes, contributing insights and projections for financial planning

• Oversee ADP financial services, ensuring all transactions and processes are accurate and efficient.

Requirements

• Must possess at least 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position.

• Proficiency with Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential.

• Knowledge and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions are necessary.

• Must have a solid understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Auditing skills are necessary for this role.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required.

• Advanced skills in financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting.

• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• CPA, MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Must possess the ability to handle confidential information discretely.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
