Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in Fresno, California


Customer Service Representatives will be preferred for this position via OfficeTeam if they love building solid customer relationships. Call Sunshine Pennington (559)389-3518 or Kelista Santos (559)439-6004. Call Center Representatives must have at least 6 months of Call Center experience, be able to train 2 - 3 weeks on-site and then transition to remote work. Pay is $14.00 hourly, hours are Monday through Friday 5AM - 6PM (40 hours per week).

Major responsibilities:

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Manage incoming telephone calls

  • Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

    Requirements - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

    • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

    • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

    • achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

    • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

    • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

    • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

    • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

    • Proficient with computers and technology platforms

    • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
