Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in Fresno, California


Organization Seeks Health Customer Service Representatives! This is an Call Center, paying $13 hourly, training in-office for 3 weeks and then working remotely. Business hours are 5AM - 6PM Monday through Friday. We need Health Customer Service Representatives that have experience answering incoming calls, any kind of medical or pharmacy experience or education, typing speed 35WPM and the ability to learn.

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Field and send out send written business correspondence

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

  • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills
