Major responsibilities
Oversee office and administrative tasks
Explore the internet to uncover potential customers
Partake in new employee on-boarding orientation planning
Oversee employee database records
Requirements - Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Deep understanding of Scanning Documents
Scanning experience preferred
Expertise in filing
Microsoft Office experience
Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
HR related experience desired
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
