Description We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in FRESNO, California. This role provides an opportunity for individuals interested in the logistics industry, where you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the supply chain process, ranging from customer service to dispatching. This job offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency • Manage customer service inquiries and resolve any emerging problems • Use Business systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective coordination • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status • Utilize communication skills to ensure smooth delivery schedules • Handle dispatching tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery of goods • Implement ERP Solutions for optimizing logistics processes • Assist in the management of CRM systems for improved customer relationship • Perform billing functions accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role or in the logistics field

• Proficiency in business systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

• Experience in billing functions within a logistics context

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction

• Familiarity with dispatching procedures and protocols

• Ability to manage and coordinate delivery schedules effectively

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and also independently with minimal supervision

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
