Description

We are seeking a remote Business Analyst for a Fortune 500 company based out of Minnesota. This position will involve a variety of responsibilities within the telecom provider industry.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

• Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment.

• Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare bids, process specifications, progress, and other reports. Advise management of contractual rights and obligations, compile and analyze data, and maintain historical information.

• Process customer quotation and bid requests in a timely manner in accordance with pricing objectives, terms, and conditions.

• Support Customer Care, Credit, Financial Services, and other organizations to resolve pricing discrepancies and other related issues.

• Ensure the accuracy of contracts and pricing, collaborate with internal departments, distributors, corporate national accounts, and sales to investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies.

• Prepare reports, advise management of process and system issues, compile and analyze data, and maintain historical information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role

• Proficiency in Documentation and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to provide Training on business processes and systems

• Knowledge of Materials Handling and Contracts management

• Familiarity with Finance principles and procedures

• Experience in Workstation Support and managing Medical Coverage

• Experience in Production planning and managing Spreadsheets

• Knowledge of Credit management and Negotiation techniques

• Ability to monitor and report on Progress of business operations

• Ability to create and interpret Charts and Graphs
