Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the IT team to ensure smooth operation

• Responsible for managing the IT budget effectively

• Foster a culture of accountability and delivery within the IT team

• Ensure the IT team is adequately trained and that any training deficiencies are addressed

• Handle salary negotiations and approvals within the set budget range

• Manage the hiring process for new IT team members, ensuring they are skilled and fit the company culture

• Oversee the use of Microsoft technologies within the IT scope

• Handle any IT-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• Monitor and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects

• Take the lead in driving changes within the IT department to improve overall performance.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in IT management within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications

• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to develop and implement IT strategies and systems to meet company goals

• Experience in project management and execution

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly

• Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics

• Ability to manage IT budgets effectively

• Understanding of data protection laws and regulations

• Experience in change management processes

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements
