Description

Robert Half is currently working with a global client seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist for an interim opportunity. Join our project team on a contract basis, where you will be tasked with being the HRIS expert to support the set up and ongoing maintenance of the Dayforce HRIS system and processes. Some typical areas of set up focus are security, workflows, mater data maintenance, and job assignments. This role will also be responsible for system testing, trouble shooting and systems integrations.

Areas of focus:

  • Reporting and analytics is another critical area of for this role, starting with set up and building on our organizational capability to leverage data for proactive decision making.

  • You will work closely with the global HR team & IT to design, implement and maintain core human resource technologies.

  • By combining your Human Resource and specialized system knowledge, you will be able to recommend, implement, and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new features for systems.

  • You will be able to provide analysis and consultation related to programs, policies and practices that obtain, record, and process worker information or HR support related data.

  • Ultimately you can analyze technology capabilities to produce information used to maximize and sustain workforce productivity and effectively deliver HR support to the global organization.
