Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an HVAC Billing Clerk in Frisco, Texas. This on-site role falls within the industry of accounts receivable and collections. You will be tasked with handling a substantial amount of invoices, providing detailed support, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Handle collections and accounts receivable
• Assist with billing and invoicing as needed
• Use Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions
• Engage in B2B collections and cash applications
• Perform invoice reconciliation using bill.com
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Familiarity with bill.com
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven experience in B2B collections
• Skilled in Cash Applications
• Able to perform Invoice reconciliation
