Description
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our client's team located in Ft. Myers, Florida. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of duties including answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various clerical tasks. You will also need to have some computer skills to manage applications and the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or Creole is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and visitors
• Greet clients and visitors upon arrival and assist them as needed
• Use computer systems to assist with applications
• Carry out clerical tasks such as scheduling, stuffing envelopes, and scanning documents
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to the business casual dress code
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and state website for various tasks
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Spanish or Creole language is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
