Description
Are you a Salesforce expert with a passion for driving organizational success through innovative solutions? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, you'll serve as the primary system administrator for our Salesforce.com environment, supporting a diverse user base and ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of our business. From managing user accounts and workflows to collaborating with cross-functional teams on scalable solutions, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing the value of Salesforce across our organization. Requirements
Proven proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and routine operational tasks.
Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud and other Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, with the ability to design and implement new processes to drive user adoption and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong data management abilities and experience with data import/export processes within Salesforce.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a plus.
Experience working in nonprofit organizations or familiarity with nonprofit processes is desirable.
Previous experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
