Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in FT WRIGHT, Kentucky. This role involves administrative tasks in the industrial sector, providing crucial support to management and maintenance staff while ensuring seamless office functions and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, including fielding calls from tenants at industrial sites and addressing their concerns promptly.

• Ensure the office is adequately stocked with necessary supplies to facilitate smooth operations.

• Handle contracts preparation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

• Utilize software tools for inputting and checking payment statuses, promoting efficiency and accuracy.

• Liaise with the accounting department regarding rent and payments; follow up with tenants in case of late or incorrect rent.

• Prioritize tasks effectively, addressing urgent matters swiftly while managing ongoing responsibilities.

• Handle processing of management and maintenance staff hours, tenant bill back invoices, expense reports, and monthly meter readings of properties.

• Review and approve check requests, ensuring all financial actions align with company policies.

• Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Administrative Assistance, and Customer Service to perform duties effectively and efficiently.

• Adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating a strong learning agility and commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Proven experience in administrative assistance

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of discretion for both business and personal affairs

• Willingness to continuously improve and learn new skills.
