Description
Robert Half is actively recruiting for a knowledgeable, accomplished Senior Financial Analyst/ Consultant with deep Manufacturing experience and accounting fundamentals to assist our private equity backed Aerospace client. The consultant will be responsible for monthly financial analysis, variance analysis, inventory costing, inventory and cost of sales account reconciliations, and journal entries. In addition, the consultant will assist with daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports, which includes analyzing historical and current financial data and other key metrics to ensure accurate forecasting, data reporting and trend analysis. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. This role will be located onsite in Fullerton, CA.
Skills:
-Syteline ERP preferred
-Manufacturing experience and strong Excel skills required
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills required
-Must be able to work independently
Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position such as a Financial Analyst
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Variance Analysis
• Experience with Manufacturing Variance and Purchase Price Variance
• Proficiency in Budget Forecasting and Account Reconciliation
• Experience in Inventory Analysis
• Knowledge of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
• Experience with SyteLine software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
