Robert Half ERP/CRM Developer in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina
Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. This role is primarily involved in the development and maintenance of ERP and CRM systems within our organization. You will be working in a team-oriented environment, utilizing your skills in Microsoft, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and JavaScript.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize ERP and CRM systems using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Use JavaScript to enhance the functionality of the ERP and CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications
• Maintain and update ERP and CRM systems to ensure they meet changing business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the ERP and CRM systems
• Continually update your knowledge of the industry's best practices and emerging technologies
• Implement data backup and security measures to protect sensitive information
• Assist in the development and delivery of user training and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the ERP and CRM systems align with business goals
• Participate in system upgrades and new system implementations as required. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is necessary
• Extensive experience with JavaScript is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft software and tools is essential
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a must
• The ability to develop and implement ERP/CRM systems based on company needs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members and departments
• A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
