Description

The HR Director will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, processes, and systems to support the company’s growth and integration of acquired entities. This role focuses heavily on compensation and bonus structures, performance management, and overall HR process formalization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to build a robust HR infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.

  • Provide HR guidance and support to senior management on all HR-related matters.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design and implement competitive compensation and bonus structures to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

  • Conduct market analysis to ensure the company's compensation packages are aligned with industry standards.

  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals.

  • Performance Management:

  • Create and implement a performance management system that includes setting performance standards, regular evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Train managers and employees on effective performance management practices.

  • Foster a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, regular performance reviews, and development plans.

  • HR Process and Procedure Development:

  • Develop and formalize HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.

  • Standardize HR practices across newly acquired entities to ensure seamless integration.

  • Create and maintain an employee handbook outlining company policies and procedures.

  • Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the company attracts top talent.

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.

  • Implement strategies for employee retention and career development.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Manage HR-related risks and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

    Requirements • Proven experience in a similar HR Director role

• Proficiency with ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and Kronos Timekeeping System

• Strong knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Solid understanding of Compliance and C-Suite operations

• Experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Experience in a startup environment would be advantageous

• Understanding of Compensation Commissions and Compensation & Benefits

• Ability to contribute to Corporate Strategy

• Ability to work with diverse groups and foster a cooperative work environment.
