Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper in Gaithersburg, Maryland, 20879-4125, United States. The role involves handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bookkeeping duties. It is an in-office position and requires proficiency in Service titan and ADP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing and booking of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Handle payroll activities for the team ensuring timely and accurate payment.

• Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Conduct data entry tasks and manage information in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

• Perform month-end close processes, ensuring all transactions have been accurately recorded.

• Maintain accurate records and control reports.

• Collaborate with the team to work on account reconciliation tasks.

• Use Service titan and ADP for various tasks as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all internal processes and policies. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records.

• Demonstrated experience in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Ability to conduct bank reconciliations to verify the company's records match the bank's records.

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, maintaining organized and updated financial records.

• Skill in data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient input of financial data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets and managing financial data.

• Experience in handling month-end close processes, ensuring all financial data is accounted for and reported.

• Knowledge and experience in managing payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing and organizing financial data.
