Description
We are offering an opportunity for a part-time Accounting Clerk. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity where the selected candidate will be primarily involved in accounts payable (AP), deposits, data entry, and special projects as needed.
Responsibilities
• Accurately processing invoices and maintaining relevant records
• Managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry and other related tasks
• Taking appropriate action on customer accounts when necessary.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• Must have strong skills in Data Entry.
• Experience with Invoice Processing is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary.
