Robert Half International Administrative Assistant in Garden Grove, California


OfficeTeam is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant who can perform various clerical duties requiring internet literacy, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc., also internet integration. This Administrative Assistant will work as a team participant along with other staff members, guests and vendors to ensure the operations meets the quality standards set by our client's company.


Answer all incoming calls and route to the appropriate staff member. Performs data entry into any and all computer systems requested. Makes photocopies and send facsimiles as needed. Use your excellent organizational skills and helpful nature to keep the operations department running smoothly. Be the department's communication hub, ensuring the flow of messages and info within the department and externally Help the department stay on track to reach targets by inputting data and maintaining spreadsheets to generate reports. Using your eye for detail and passion for order, maintain meticulous records for later reference and reporting. Creates and edits spreadsheets and correspondence as needed. Welcome callers and visitors graciously in a professional manner and handle requests promptly. Performs other duties as assigned.


A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred At least 1-3 years of hands-on computer, Microsoft Office software and internet experience is required. Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. This position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive, can-do attitude required
