Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic team in the Food & Food Processing industry at our Gardena, California location. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, maintaining comprehensive customer credit records, and resolving any customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Address and resolve any inquiries or issues raised by customers in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions as required.

• Collaborate with the distribution team to meet documentation needs.

• Communicate with customers to request backup and proof of deliveries.

• Assist with AR deduction clearing and documentation requests.

• Perform general AR validation and processing tasks.

• Handle various AR-related duties as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management.

• Demonstrable skills in Billing and Cash Applications.

• Experience in Cash Collections is essential.

• Familiarity with Commercial Collections is expected.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

• Working knowledge of Oracle software is desirable.

• Experience with QuickBooks software is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP system is required.
