Description We are in search of a Customer Service Specialist/Brand Ambassador to join our team in Gardena, California. In this role, you will be the bridge between our company and our customers, effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries. You will maintain a customer-first mindset in every decision and action you take. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is situated within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer comments and questions via phone or email on a daily basis.

• Create daily and weekly reports for managers and team members, tracking work progress, sales, and customer feedback.

• Maintain an organized system for process documents and share them within the community SHAREFILE.

• Develop a thorough understanding of all aspects of our website, shipping procedures, warranty, return policy, and retail customers.

• Gain expertise in the operational knowledge of all insect eradication devices, including usage, parts, troubleshooting, and packaging.

• Escalate issues or problematic customers to supervisors as necessary.

• Address any customer concerns with our E-commerce website promptly with the supervisor or management for quick resolution.

• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty programs, including tracking and reporting documents.

• Customize customer responses to ensure each concern is addressed individually.

• Be prepared for various office tasks including organization of supplies, file organization, maintaining cleanliness, and notifying the supervisor about any supplies we are low on.

• Develop a deep understanding of the product and how it works in order to properly respond to customer issues.

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service

• Experience as a Brand Ambassador is required

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous

• Willingness to undergo relevant training as required

• Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
