Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gardena, California. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve managing and coordinating activities within our warehouse distribution center, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Manage and coordinate activities within the warehouse distribution center
• Ensure the timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and to create reports
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing inventory, order processing, and shipping/receiving operations
• Adapt to flexible work hours to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends if required
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency during high-volume periods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency
• Manage customer service calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Schedule appointments and perform data entry tasks as required. Requirements • Must possess skills in answering inbound calls
• Experience in call center customer service required
• Demonstrated ability in customer service
• Proficiency in data entry
• Experience in email correspondence is crucial
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry is required
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently
• Must be able to perform data entry tasks effectively
