Job Title: Senior ERP Business Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Local candidates only)
Job Summary:
The Senior ERP Business Analyst will optimize ERP systems, improve governance, and design data infrastructure to enhance business application performance. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, primarily leveraging Microsoft Business Central ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and identify gaps in current processes.
Manage multiple development requests with external consultants.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality control.
Design data architecture to meet business requirements and recommend efficiency improvements.
Handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience with ERP systems (Dynamics Navision/Business Central preferred), ideally in retail, brokers, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance operations.
Experience with EDI document integration.
Proficient in MS Office, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
