Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Gardendale, Texas. This role is centered around the accurate and efficient input of data into our systems. The candidate will be working primarily with Microsoft Excel and will need to be meticulous and organized.
Responsibilities:
• Input and re-input data into software with precision
• Use Microsoft Excel for various data entry tasks
• Maintain a consistent workflow to ensure all data is entered in a timely manner
• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference
• Perform calculations as necessary to ensure data accuracy
• Utilize customer service skills for any customer inquiries or issues
• Engage in email correspondence as part of data entry tasks
• Employ 10 Key Skills for efficient data entry
• Ensure all data is correctly scanned into the system
• Maintain a high typing speed for efficient data processing. Requirements • Proficient in 10 Key Skills
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Ability to handle Email Correspondence effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Experience in Organizing Files
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately
• Experience in Scanning documents
• Proficient in Typing with a strong attention to detail.
