Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Total Rewards Manager. The location for this role is in Dallas, Texas, United States. As a Total Rewards Manager, your primary role would be to manage and oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits for employees, with a focus on the Latin America, Canada, and US regions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the overall compensation and benefits strategy for the organization.
• Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive compensation for all employees.
• Manage the annual compensation and bonus programs.
• Oversee the administration of claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize HRMS and ERP systems for efficient management of compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with the financial services team to manage the budget processes related to compensation and benefits.
• Use the Ceridian Payroll System for payroll administration across all regions.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding compensation and benefits policies and changes.
• Manage executive compensation and international compensation strategies.
• Oversee the benefit functions, including the administration of Canadian Payroll.
Requirements
• Minimum seven years of experience in the manufacturing or oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with HCM and HRMS
• Proven experience with Benefit Functions
• Ability to manage Bonus Programs
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with Annual Compensation
• Proven track record in Compensation & Benefits
• Experience with Compensation - Executive
• Knowledge of Compensation - Commissions
• Experience in Compensation - International
• Proficient in Compensation Analysis
• Familiarity with Ceridian, Ceridian DOS, and Ceridian Payroll System
• Experience with Canadian Payroll
• Experience working in or with teams from Latin America
• The candidate must have strong problem-solving abilities and excellent leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment standards.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
